Description

This is an 18th-century building of two storeys and an attic, constructed primarily of red brick with tile hanging on the dormer. The roof has a brick parapet with stone coping. One sash window retains its original glazing bars. The door is set within a surround featuring moulded pilasters and consoles that support an open pediment, with a triglyph frieze above. The door itself is of five panels and has an open light above. The building forms part of a group with numbers 12 to 18 Dolphin Street.
