Description

DOLPHIN STREET 1. 1035 (South Side) No 15 TR 3753 SE 2/117 II GV 2. Late C17 to early C18. 2 storeys and attic red brick. Shaped gable with brick dressings to west end. Modern dormer. Wooden eaves cornice. 1 sash with glazing bars intact with segmental head to ground floor. Partly moulded door surround with pilasters supporting open pediment. Reeded frieze over door. 8 fielded panelled door with top 2 panels cut away and glazed. 3 steps to street. Nos 12 to 18 (consec) form a group.
