Description
15 Dolphin Street is a late 17th century to early 18th century building that stands two storeys tall with an attic, constructed of red brick. It features a shaped gable with brick dressings at the west end and has a modern dormer. The building has a wooden eaves cornice and on the ground floor, there is one sash window with intact glazing bars and a segmental head. The entrance has a partly moulded door surround with pilasters that support an open pediment, and there is a reeded frieze above the door. The door itself is an eight-fielded panel design, with the top two panels cut away and glazed. Access to the entrance is via three steps leading to the street. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 12 to 18 Dolphin Street.
