Description

The Knoll is a late 17th-century, two-story and attic building. It is constructed of red brick with some grey headers, features a first-floor band, and has coved eaves. The roof is hipped and covered with old tiles, complemented by hipped dormers.

The north elevation showcases a central panelled door with a cornice hood supported by carved brackets. It also has three casements with original wooden mullions and transoms. The south elevation presents four sash windows irregularly spaced, alongside a canted dormer with a tiled roof on the left side. A modern, single-story service wing is situated on the south-east side of the property.
