Description

The Crown Public House is a 17th century building located on Penn Church Road. The original structure is made of grey and red brick and features an old tiled roof with a gable on the right side. It stands two storeys high and has three lattice casement windows. The ground floor and the right-hand first floor have cambered relieving arches above the windows. There are decorative bands at the first floor and at the gable level on the right, along with a modillion brick cornice on the left. The building also includes a harmonious porch and wings on either side.
