Description

Church Cottage and Crown Cottage are 16th to 17th century buildings located on the south side of Penn Church Road. They are two storeys high and constructed from timber frame and brick. The north side features a central gable with a three-light casement window on the ground floor, which is sheltered by a tiled pentice, and a two-light casement window above it. To the right, there is a single-storey wing made of flint and brick with a lean-to roof. The west gable is timber framed and has an old tiled roof that is hipped at the east end. A brick stack is positioned near the centre of the structure.
