Description

DOLPHIN STREET 1. 1035 (North Side) No 4 TR 3753 SE 2/116 II GV 2. C18. 2 storeys attic and basement red brick. Later mansarded tiled roof. 3 sashes with glazing bars intact on ground floor. Doorcase in moulded frame with entablature over. Recessed 6 panel moulded door up 4 steps. Top 2 panels cut away and glazed. Segmental heads to ground floor and basement windows. Projecting plinth. Nos 1 to 11 (consec) form a group with No 164 Middle Street.
