Description

This is an early 19th-century building on the south side of Golden Street. It is three storeys high and has a stucco exterior. The building is topped with a parapet featuring a stone coping. There are three sash windows, including one blank window on the second floor, which retains its original glazing bars. A three-light canted bay window is located on the first floor. A doorcase on the left side has an open pediment and pilasters, with panelled reveals to a six-panelled door and a round-headed fanlight with a ‘Gothick’ pattern to the glazing. There are three steps leading up to the street. Number 9 forms a group with numbers 9 to 13.
