Description

Beachcrest, located at 149 Beach Street, is a building dating from around 1860. It is three storeys tall and has a stuccoed exterior. The building features a parapet and a moulded bracket cornice. On the upper floors, there are two sash windows with verticals only, set in moulded architraves and topped with hood moulding. The ground floor retains its glazing bars. There is a single doorcase on the left side, which has a flat cornice above and a seven-panelled door. Beachcrest is part of a group with Nos 145 to 155 (odd).
