Description

Central House, located at 147 Beach Street, dates from around 1860. This two-storey building is finished in stucco and features a slate mansard roof with two dormers. On the first floor, there are two three-light bays with altered glazing. The ground floor includes two double-hung sash windows and a central doorcase that has a keystone. Central House is part of a group with Nos 145 to 155 (odd).
