No. 145 Beach Street is a late 18th century to early 19th century building featuring three storeys and a basement, with a pebble dashed exterior. The front has two sash windows with intact glazing bars, except for those on the ground floor. The side elevation includes a simple round-headed doorcase. Nos. 145 to 155 (odd) form a group.
