Description

No. 77 Chase Side is an early to mid-19th century house that stands two storeys high and features three windows. The building is constructed of stock brick and has a parapet. The sash windows, which include glazing bars, are topped with gauged flat brick arches. A modern central door, set within a reeded surround, has a patterned fanlight above it and is accessed via a modern wide porch supported by wooden columns. To the right, there is a short wall with a side entrance. Nos. 77 to 89 (odd) form a group.
