Description

Lumsden House, located at 22 Farrier Street, is an early to mid 19th-century building. It has two storeys and attics, with a stuccoed exterior featuring a rusticated ground floor. The roof includes one dormer and has wide moulded eaves cornice. There is one sash window with intact glazing bars set within moulded architraves, and the ground floor window has shutters. The entrance on the right side features a doorcase with pilasters, a flat cornice with a simulated pediment above, and a six-panelled door. Lumsden House is part of a group with Nos 6 to 24 (even).
