Description

Quayside House, located at 71 Irsha Street and Waters Reach, is a mid-19th century building featuring two storeys and a five-window stucco front. It has a modillion cornice and architraves around the sash windows, which include glazing bars. The ground floor windows are segmental-headed, and there is a band at the first floor with a moulded cill band. The roof is adorned with three dormers, and the entrance is also segmental-headed. This building is part of a group of listed buildings along Irsha Street.
