Description
No. 12 Whitehall is an early 19th-century building featuring a pebbledashed exterior and a hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves. It has ashlar chimneys and stands two storeys tall. The building includes two ranges of horizontally-sliding sash windows that have glazing bars. Nos. 9 to 13 Whitehall form a group with this property.
