Description

Piccadilly Mill East Block, also known as Messrs Wilkes, is a mid-19th century building located on the south side of Piccadilly. It is constructed of red brick with yellow brick voussoirs and features ashlar gable coping. The building has a pitched tile roof and stands three storeys tall with attics. It includes 13 ranges of segment-headed casements with glazing bars, two slate-hung attic dormers, and three window ranges in the end elevations, which are highlighted by a circular oculus in the gable end. All the listed buildings in Piccadilly form a group.
