Description

No. 12 on Golden Street is a building dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is two storeys high and currently has a roughcast exterior with a tiled roof. The front features one sash window with vertical bars. To the left, there is a doorcase that has a flat hood and a moulded architrave. The entrance consists of a panelled door, with the top two panels cut away and glazed. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 9 to 13, which are consecutive.
