Description

113 Beach Street is a building dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It has two storeys, a basement, and attics, all finished in stucco. The roof is tiled and features one dormer. On the upper floor, there is one sash window with vertical panes. The ground floor includes a bow window on the left side and a doorcase on the right side, which is set in a moulded architrave and has a rectangular fanlight above it. There are three steps leading up to the street. This building is part of a group that includes No. 101 and Nos. 105 to 117 (odd).
