Description
117 Beach Street is a building dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It stands two storeys high with attics and is finished in stucco. The roof is half-hipped and tiled, featuring a modern dormer. On the first floor, there is a three-light bay window, while the ground floor has two sash windows with verticals only. The side elevation displays irregular window arrangements and a simple doorcase.
