Description

No. 111 Beach Street is a building dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is two storeys tall with a basement and attics, and it has a rendered exterior. The roof is tiled and features one dormer. On the first floor, there is a three-light bay window. The ground floor includes one sash window with intact glazing bars and Venetian shutters. The right side has a doorcase with a six-fielded panelled door, where the top two panels have been cut away and glazed. This building is part of a group that includes No. 101 and Nos. 105 to 117 (odd).
