Description

St Elmo is a late 18th century to early 19th century building located on Beach Street. It stands three storeys high with a basement, and its exterior is finished in stucco. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles, featuring a parapet with stone coping. The top storey has two sash windows with intact glazing bars, while the other storeys have vertical sashes. The ground floor is fitted with Venetian shutters. There is a simple doorcase on the side that includes a three-panelled door. St Elmo is part of a group with No 101 and Nos 105 to 117 (odd).
