Description

Stanford House, located on Beach Street, is a late 18th century to early 19th century building. It is three storeys tall with a basement and has a stuccoed exterior. The building features a parapet and includes two sash windows, along with a three-light bay window on the first floor. The doorcase on the left side is round-headed and has three concentric round-headed surrounds with a keystone, topped by a semi-circular fanlight. There are two steps leading up to the street. Stanford House is part of a group that includes No. 101 and Nos. 105 to 117 (odd).
