Description

This is a late 18th to early 19th century building on Beach Street, constructed of stuccoed walls. It is three storeys high and has a hipped roof covered in tiles. The front features two sash windows with vertical dividers only, and a three-light canted bay window on the first floor. Three sash windows are present on the ground floor. A doorcase is incorporated into the side elevation. The building is part of a group, forming part of Nos 101, 105 to 117 (odd).
