Description

This is an early 18th-century house, originally built as one dwelling with number 13, Griffin Street. The exterior is stuccoed, and the roof is tiled with one hipped dormer featuring an easement. A shaped Dutch gable is present, containing one sash window with intact glazing bars. The right-hand doorcase has a moulded architrave and a flat hood, sheltering a six-panelled door with the two top panels cut away and glazed. Numbers 13 to 17, Griffin Street, are grouped together architecturally.
