Description

This house, located at 28, 22, 24, and 26 Broad Street, New Alresford, dates to the late 18th century. It is a stucco building with a tile roof and features two flat-roofed dormers with casements, along with a continuous modillion eaves cornice extending from number 16. The building stands on a plinth and has plain walling. It has Victorian sash windows in exposed frames. The front door is set within a tall doorcase featuring Greek mouldings, a cornice, and a frieze, with fluted pilasters.
