Description

No. 4 Broad Street is a house with a shop, now used as an office. It dates from the 18th century, with some 20th-century alterations. The building is finished in stucco and has a tile roof. It stands two storeys high and features two windows. The façade includes a parapet with stone coping and a moulded band. The windows are sashes set in reveals, and there are two 20th-century flat-roofed dormers. The ground floor has angular bays in a Georgian style, with two doorways located on the south side, all beneath a continuous cornice and frieze that has end brackets.
