Description

No. 3 East Street is an 18th-century house that has been converted into an office. The building features rendered walling and a two-level tiled roof. It stands two storeys high with an attic and has three windows. The façade includes a parapet with stone coping and a moulded band. The entrance is framed by a shallow oval arch with a rendered tympanum. The windows are Victorian sashes in exposed frames, with three lights on the west side and a two-storey angular bay on the east side. The wide doorway contains a six-panelled door flanked by narrow half-glazed side panels. The roof has two ridge levels and features three flat-roofed dormers with sashes.
