Description
32 Broad Street is a house with a central shopfront, currently used as a cafe. It features an early 19th century front that is two storeys high with four upper windows. The building has a tile roof and stucco walling, which includes a parapet with a moulded coping and a moulded band. The plain architraves, stone cills, and plinth are also notable. There is an architrave surround to the carriage entrance on the north side, which has an oval arch. The windows are sashes set in reveals, most of which are 16-pane. The modern shopfront is an angular bay topped with a continuous cornice, supported on brackets above the doorway and house door. Additionally, there is a modern radiating fanlight and panelled doors at the carriage entrance.
