Description

This is a two-storey house, dating from the late 18th or early 19th century. It is a stucco building with a plinth and five sash windows on the first floor, each with glazing bars. The front door is set within a wooden doorcase, featuring moulded pilasters. An ogee bracket cornice runs along the top of the front elevation, and the roof is covered in slates. It forms a group with numbers 229 to 239 on the north side of High Street.
