Description

Ridgeway House is an early 19th-century, two-storey, square stucco house located on the south side of Exeter Road. The road-facing elevation features three storeys and three windows, along with a cast iron balcony on the first floor. The house has French windows adorned with acroteria. The entrance front, which is two storeys high, includes a square porch.
