Description

St Leonards is a 19th-century building located on Exeter Road. It features a two-storey classical front with three sash windows, complete with glazing bars, on the first floor. The building is topped with a balustraded parapet. The first-floor windows are adorned with plaster architraves and consoles. On the ground floor, there are splay bay sash windows that have a Greek key pattern on the frieze of the entablature. The central entrance is recessed and has panelled reveals.
