April Cottage is an early 19th century gabled house located on Exeter Road. It is constructed of roughcast stone and features ornamental barge boards. The house has a splayed oriel window adorned with quatrefoil ornamentation and round-headed lights for the casements. Additionally, there is a rustic porch.
