Description

Crusader House is an 18th-century building, originally part of the adjacent property at No. 12, Griffin Street. It was refaced in the mid-19th century. The two-storey structure is stuccoed, with a half-hipped tiled roof and one dormer window featuring a curved pediment and casement window. It has two sash windows, set within moulded architraves, without glazing bars. Keystones are present above the ground-floor sash windows. A doorcase from the 18th century is located on the left side, featuring pilasters, a flat hood, panelled reveals, and a six-panelled door. The building has a plinth. Crusader House and No. 12 form a notable group.
