Description

No. 47 Bancroft is an early 19th-century building constructed of red brick with a hipped tiled roof. It has two storeys and cellars. The first floor features two sash windows, while the ground floor has a canted bay window, all of which include glazing bars. The entrance has a six flush panelled door with an oblong fanlight above. No. 47, along with Nos. 45, 46, and 46A, forms a group of buildings.
