Description
Nos. 45, 46, and 46A Bancroft are two 17th-century plastered houses that stand two storeys tall beneath steep tiled roofs of varying heights, separated by a small cross-gable that overhangs. The taller house, No. 45, features a large carriageway and a modern shop front, with an overhanging upper storey. No. 46 has two three-sided bay windows on the ground floor and four casement windows on the entire upper floor, all of which are now sashed. These buildings, along with No. 47, form a group.
