Description

10 East Parade is an 18th-century building. It is stuccoed and has a tiled mansard roof. The building is two storeys and an attic, with a width of three windows. The first floor has three sash windows without glazing bars. The ground floor features two sash windows without glazing bars, and a central door with a hood supported by shaped brackets, leading to steps with iron railings. The ground floor is largely concealed by a modern projecting glazed shop. A dentilled cornice sits above the ground floor. Three dormers are present, each with a flat roof and a sash window with glazing bars. Numbers 1 to 11 East Parade form a group, with number 3 of local interest only.
