Description

This is an 18th-century building of three storeys and attics, constructed with stucco. It has a tiled mansard roof punctuated by a single dormer window and features a wooden eaves cornice. A single sash window remains with its original glazing bars, set within a moulded architrave. The building now has a modern shopfront. It exhibits group value when considered alongside the adjacent building at No. 38.
