Description

14 East Parade is an early to mid-19th century building with a stucco exterior. It has a low-pitched roof with a hipped end covered in new interlocking tiles. The building stands three storeys tall and features two windows on the front. The first-floor windows are sashes with glazing bars, while the second-floor windows are later sashes with only vertical glazing bars. On the ground floor, there are two small modern shop windows with a doorway in between, along with a large modern fascia board that extends up to the first-floor cills. This building is included for its group value alongside Nos 14, 15, 15A, 16, and 18.
