Description

16 East Parade is a small weather-boarded cabin, likely built in the mid-19th century. It features a low-pitched slate roof with gable ends and stands two storeys tall. The first floor has a sash window with glazing bars and a modern sign-board on the side. The ground floor is open at the front, equipped with modern aluminium sliding shutters and a fascia board above that includes a blind case. The end wall contains a small shop with a modern frame and glazed door, a blind case above, and another sign-board on the first floor.
