Description
Avington Cottage is an early 19th century weatherboarded cottage, likely originally a stable block. It is two storeys high and has two windows. The left side features a low-pitched hipped roof, while the right side, which may be an extension, has a parapet. The first floor has sash windows with glazing bars. On the ground floor, there is a late 19th century three-light sash window, a six-panel door, and modern garage doors to the right. The cottage is included for its group value with Nos 107 to 117, which form a cohesive group.
