Description

Regency Lodge is an early to mid-19th century cottage situated on Queen Street in Sandhurst. The building has a timber frame, with weatherboarding on a stuccoed plinth. It has a slate roof punctuated by three brick chimneystacks. The cottage is two storeys high and features four windows. The first-floor windows are 16-pane sashes, while the ground-floor windows are 20th-century casements. A central doorcase features a flat hood on pilasters, sheltering a six-panelled door. The building is of group value.
