Description
Hillside Cottage is an 18th and 19th century cottage. It is timber-framed and clad in weatherboards, with a red plain tiled roof and a central brick chimney stack. The cottage is two storeys high, with a 20th-century single-storey extension to the left. The first floor has a four-window arrangement of small-paned vertically sliding sash windows in moulded surrounds. The ground floor also has a four-window arrangement, including a 20th-century bay which includes a fascia and forms a porch over a 20th-century glazed front door. A small-paned casement window and a boarded door are located to the left of the extension. The cottage is included on the list for its group value.
