  1. 2-storey, 2-window cottage of C16 origin with C19 cross-gabled left extension, and 1-storey right extension. High pitched tiled roofs. Tile hung 1st floor, brick ground floor. Mostly early C19 style sash windows with glazing bars. A few square paned casements. Some rubble foundations visible. Ground floor loggia on wood posts. Inside exposed beams and swell head posts.

Tumbling Bay and Stable form a group.
