Description
This is an early to mid-19th century detached property. It is constructed of stucco and has a slate hipped roof with red ridge tiles. The building is two storeys high and features three windows. The first-floor windows are sash windows with glazing bars. The ground floor includes a small, modern shop window on the right, a round-headed opening with a blocked window in the centre, and a wide door set within a round-headed opening on the left. The property is listed for its group value, considered in conjunction with numbers 18A, 19, and 20 East Parade.
