This is an early to mid-19th century building on the west side of All Saints Street. It is stuccoed and has a slated, hipped roof with a parapet and cornice. The building is three storeys high and one window wide. The windows are sash windows with vertical glazing bars. The ground floor has a Victorian shop front with a fascia and cornice, featuring carved consoles at each end.
