Description
This is an early to mid-19th century building on the west side of All Saints Street. It is stuccoed and has a slated, hipped roof with a parapet and cornice. The building is three storeys high and one window wide. The windows are sash windows with vertical glazing bars. The ground floor has a Victorian shop front with a fascia and cornice, featuring carved consoles at each end. The building is included in the listing for its group value, as part of the wider architectural character of All Saints Street.
