Description

This is an early 19th-century building on the west side of Andover High Street. It is three storeys high and has three windows. The roof is slate-covered. The walls are faced with stucco and have a parapet consisting of a blocking course and cornice. A band runs along the second floor. The window openings are surrounded by moulded architraves, featuring triple keystones, impost blocks, and base blocks, with a plinth at the base of the building. The windows are Victorian sash windows. On the north side, a plain doorway is present with a keystone. A doorway is situated between two wide shop windows, which replicate the details of the upper window openings, although the upper section is partially obscured by a modern fascia board.
