Description

The Queen Adelaide Public House, dating from the early 19th century, is a two-storey building situated on the north-west side of West Street. It is constructed of roughcast, with a slate roof featuring half-hipped ends. The first floor has two widely spaced sash windows, which have been altered to include vertical glazing bars only. On the ground floor are three later sash windows, one of which has been converted into a fixed-light window. Two modern glazed doors provide access to the building. The building is included on the heritage register for its group value, forming a notable group with Nos 19A and 21.
