Description

This is an early 19th-century building on West Street, part of a group with numbers 19A and 20. It is constructed of stucco and has a tiled hipped roof, topped by a parapet and cornice. The building is two storeys high and two windows wide. The first floor has sash windows with vertical glazing bars, set within moulded architraves. The ground floor features a mid-19th-century shop front, characterized by pilasters and an entablature with a cornice. A passageway is situated to the left of the shop front, and a doorway is present with a rectangular fanlight, although the window frame is modern.
