This is an early 19th-century building on Vine Street. It is constructed of engraved stucco and has two storeys. The original features include one sash window and a slate roof. A shop front, dating from the late 19th century, has been added, and it now has modern glazing. Numbers 7 to 13 on Vine Street form a group.
