Description

This is a late 18th-century building on Vine Street. It is constructed of stucco and originally comprised three storeys. The front features fluted Ionic pilasters which rise through the upper storeys, and four sash windows with moulded architraves. The building has an eaves cornice and a parapet. A modern restaurant front has been inserted. The building forms a group with numbers 1 to 5 on the street.
