The King Charles II Inn is an 18th-century building located on Vine Street. It is constructed of painted, engraved stucco. The building is three storeys high and features two sash windows on the front facade. The ground storey has three sash windows, one of which is a three-light design. A modern wood pilaster doorway is present, topped with a cornice. The building has a good wood modillion eaves cornice and coped end gables, covered with slates.

At the rear, there is a 15th or 16th-century timber-framed barn, featuring exposed timber roof members set within later infill of rubble and brick. A rubble return wall is present along Bewdley Street. The inn forms a group with the buildings at Nos. 1 to 5.
